Thank you for choosing Copeland Magic LLC (Copeland Coins) for your magical needs. The Loop Membership is a subscription product. By subscribing to our monthly subscription service, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

Special note: The Loop Membership goes Live January 2024.

 

1. Subscription Details:

Our monthly subscription service offers you exclusive access to new products, lectures, group coaching, and community. By subscribing, you will receive a curated selection of digital and/or physical products delivered to you every month.

2. Subscription Fee:

By subscribing to our monthly service, you agree to pay the specified subscription fee. The fee will be charged to your chosen payment method on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen purchase option. Please note that because we offer digital products in the subscription every month which include secret methods to magic trick, the subscription fee is non-refundable and their are no prorated returns.

3. Automatic Renewal:

Your subscription will automatically renew each month/year unless you choose to cancel. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the monthly/yearly subscription fee. You may modify your subscription at any time by logging into your member portal. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to our customer support team at team@copelandcoins.com.

4. Delivery:

We will make every effort to deliver your monthly subscription items in a timely manner. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers. Also, Copeland Coins is not responsible for country import fees or taxes.

Copeland Coins will deliver digital content via emails, mobile app, and subscriber account. Copeland Coins will ship products various methods. Not all subscriber products will be shipped with tracking information.

5. Product Selection:

Each month, our team will carefully curate a selection of products/downloads/lectures for your subscription. While we strive to provide a diverse range of items, please note that the specific products included will vary from month to month. The subscription rotates premium products each month. You will receive either a custom 2 coin set, a DAVE teaching download, or a DAVE Live lecture. All other product deliveries including Q & A coaching, Jam Sessions, Super Coin Loops, members forum, mobile app and more will be available each month. Copeland Coins reserves the right to have occasional delays on product deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances. As well, DAVE Live lectures may not be edited and posted for up to 20 business days after the live event takes place.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our monthly subscription service, we do not accept returns or exchanges for individual items in your subscription. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at team@copelandcoins.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and product designs, belong to Copeland Magic LLC. By subscribing to our monthly service, you agree not to reproduce, sell, give away, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Piracy is not a victimless crime. Copeland Coins reserves the right to pursue legal action against anyone found Illegally distributing Copeland Coins' intellectual property.

8. Single USer License:

The Loop subscription is a single user license and is only valid for the account holder. Sharing content, passwords, or membership privileges is a violation of the terms and agreements and considered theft. Copeland Coins reserves the right to pursue legal action against anyone found Illegally distributing Copeland Coins' intellectual property.

9. Privacy:

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your monthly subscription. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing your subscription, you acknowledge and accept any modified terms and conditions.

11. Membership Perks:

A. 5% Savings: The Loop members receive 5% off all regular priced Copeland Coins merchandise.

5% off savings is good for Copeland Coin brand products that are regular price. For example: All wallets, coin boxes, and gaff coins would be 5% off their regular prices. The CoinMagic book by Richard Kaufman is not a Copeland brand item, it will not be discounted. Unfortunately, this amazing discount cannot be combined with other discount codes.

The Loop membership subscription is already a discounted price, so it is not eligible for additional 5% savings.

B: Copeland Care: Copeland Care has a small, reasonable deductible for some items and real silver coins. Copeland Care does not cover theft, loss, scratches, or general aesthetic wear and tear. See Copeland Care terms and conditions for all details. https://www.copelandcoins.com/pages/copelandcare

C: Sign Up Bonuses: Copeland Coins will make all attempts to deliver sign on bonuses at the beginning of the subscription. Members should allow up to 6 weeks to receive bonuses from the official start date of subscription.

D. Digital Content: All videos will be delivered via the mobile app or member account.

12. Gold Insider Status:

For an additional monthly fee, The Loop subscribers are invited to join Gold Insider Status. Gold Insider comes with additional member benefits including:

A. FREE Global shipping is good for up to $100USD per year shipping costs and no more than 8 physical shipments per year. For at least 95% of our customers, this will cover all of their needs. Copeland Coins reserves the right to limit members who attempt to abuse this privilege or ask Copeland Coins to ship an excessive amount of packages in small orders that generate unnecessary labor and carbon emissions. If a member appears to be reckless or is attempting to take advantage of this generous offer Copeland Coins reserves the right to bundle shipments or limit free shipments to individual subscribers.

FREE delivery of The Loop Membership items (Sign on Bonus gifts and coin sets) do not count towards the $100USD per year shipping cost allowance. 

Copeland Coins reserves the right to combine orders or shipments of The Loop coin sets and other customer orders if items are going to be sent the same time period.

B. Priority Support can only take place during normal business hours. To best serve our customers and our families, there are certain hours, particularly on weekends, that we cannot response to messages.

C. Free Private Lessons will start around Spring of 2024. Only active Gold Insider Members with at least 3 months of membership will be eligible for this reward.

D. Super Coupon Book offers are customer email and account specific offers. Only active, paid Gold Insider Loop members will be able to receive these benefits. Super Coupon Book will be delivered within 20 days of membership launch.

E. Double Coins with free shipping offer does not count towards $100 global shipping allowance.
